  • Do all items have to be customized with the company logo?

    Platte River Concrete Co Logo customization is  required when utilizing a company merchandise gift card or allowance issued by the company.    Not all items are available for embroidery, and are excluded from this requirement.   

  • I have a company issued Gift Certificate - can I use it on the Ariat Crew site?

    Absolutely!   Bring the gift card in to Shelly, and we will ensure the amount of the gift card is added to the site for your use.    Please allow 24-48 hours for set up.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Ariat accepts all major credit cards.

  • What happens if I don't use all of my gift balance?

    Please contact Shelly in regards to remaining gift balances.

  • Can I get a full refund or exchange sizes?

    If the item has been customized with the Platte River Concrete Co logo, it can not be returned or exchanged.   For items without customization, please contact Nick with Ariat. 

  • Can I make purchases for others?

    Of course.   When purchasing with your funds, you may do as you wish.   We simply ask that you follow the logo requirements with company gift certificates and allowances.    Only verified employees with proper employment verification will have login access. 

  • Are there any company reimbursements?

    No.   Any purchases charged to the company have to be authorized and set up in advance of the order being placed.
